Absolutely no real user feedback found on this fitness program, but then again it is almost free.
the website looks totally unprofessional and it makes it harder for me to take their system seriously.  it is an unknown company and it is relatively old in the marketplace. there must be a reason to its unpopularity.

the bottom line:

cheap as hell = no risk, but i would rather spend my time on a program with greater chance of success.

    Exercise. Workout. Diet. Why does everyone tell you these things yet you still don't get it?..

    Why don't you try for one month to : Cardio for 1-2 hours a day and workout 4-5 times a week. Eat food that’s sugarless and low in fat.

    I guarantee if you do this you will lose AT LEAST 15 pounds.. even 15 being a sad amount.

    The only reason people can't lose weight is because they don't stay with the program. They start eating shit and skipping workout days.
